When a robotic cell makes sense

A robotic cell is suitable when:

  • manual finishing is physically demanding or inconsistent

  • surface quality must be repeatable over time

  • operator safety is critical

  • conventional automation is not feasible

The value lies in process control, not automation alone.

Each application is assessed together with the customer.
In some cases, a robotic cell may not be the most efficient option, especially when the process is still evolving or when part variability is high.

In these situations, we focus on identifying the most appropriate solution, rather than forcing automation.
