Model: SAP-200 – Compact automatic grinding machine

The SAP-200 is an automatic grinding machine designed as an entry point to automation for pre-polishing preparation on flat parts.

The machine features one belt grinding head with 3000 mm belt length and 100 mm width, driven by a 4 kW dual-speed motor, suitable for light stock removal and surface preparation.

The SAP-200 can be supplied in two alternative configurations:

• with conveyor belt, for continuous processing

• with travelling table, for improved workpiece positioning control

The feed speed of the conveyor or table is electronically adjustable, allowing proper tuning of the grinding process according to material and finishing requirements.

It is a compact and straightforward solution for automating simple and repetitive grinding operations.
