Model: S2M350 – Semi-automatic polishing machine

The S2M350 is a semi-automatic polishing machine designed for applications where finishing quality still requires operator involvement, while part positioning and working cycle are automatically controlled.

The upper section features two independent manual working sides, each equipped with:

• dedicated motor

• electronic speed control

• selectable longitudinal oscillation

Both sides can be used in parallel.

The lower section integrates two automatic slides with horizontal and vertical movements and motorised spindles with adjustable speed.
The cycle is fully automatic: the part is positioned, rotated, processed for the set time and returned to the unloading position, without operator interaction during the working phase.

The S2M350 allows:

• improved result repeatability

• reduced variability due to manual positioning

• lower operator fatigue

It is suitable for repetitive finishing operations requiring consistent quality, where full automation is not required.
