Model: SM430.20 – Automatic flat-bed polishing machine

The SM430.20 is an automatic polishing-only flat-bed machine, designed for applications requiring process control and repeatable results on medium-length parts.

The workpiece is clamped on the travelling table, operating with a fully automatic forward and return cycle.
The machine features one polishing head, equipped with disc oscillation selectable by the operator and adjustable rotation speed.

The travelling table speed is also adjustable, allowing proper tuning of the polishing process according to material and finishing requirements.

All adjustments are motorised; recipe management is available as an option.
The machine belongs to the flat-bed automatic family and allows controlled customisation of the working area, within defined design limits.
