Features

The SPT-800/200 is an automatic flat-bed polishing machine designed for long, mainly flat parts, where process control and result repeatability are required.

The workpiece is clamped on the travelling table, which operates with a fully automatic forward and return cycle.
The machine is equipped with one working head, suitable for both polishing and satin finishing, by changing the tool.

The head features disc oscillation, selectable by the operator, and adjustable rotation speed.
The travelling table speed is also adjustable, allowing precise tuning of the finishing process.

All adjustments are motorised; recipe management is available as an option.
The machine belongs to the flat-bed automatic family and allows controlled customisation of the number of heads and working area, within defined design limits.
