Model: W108 – Compact automatic continuous polishing machine

The W108 is an automatic continuous rotary table polishing machine representing the minimum level of automation for industrial polishing applications.

The machine is built on a monoblock self-supporting frame and is supplied complete with a protective enclosure, ensuring a compact, clean and easily integrable structure, even in limited spaces.

The configuration includes a continuous rotary table with 8 workpiece spindles and 1 polishing head, designed to automate a single polishing stage on parts with stable geometry and a consolidated process.

The W108 allows reduction of manual operator involvement and stabilisation of results on simple production runs, without introducing the complexity of multi-stage machines.

It is suitable when the goal is to introduce automation in its simplest form, while maintaining direct control and operational simplicity.
