Model: W410-SC – Combined automatic grinding and polishing machine

The W410-SC is an automatic machine designed to combine grinding and polishing within a single compact solution, reducing process steps and floor space requirements.

The machine is built on a monoblock self-supporting frame and is supplied complete with a protective enclosure, allowing easy integration into production layouts.

It features a rotary table with 10 workpiece spindles, operating either in continuous or indexed mode, selectable according to the process.
The 2 grinding heads and 2 polishing heads can be used:

• within the same cycle (grinding → polishing)

• or for alternative operations, depending on the setup

All heads are equipped with motorised movements, enabling more precise and repeatable adjustments.

The W410-SC offers a balanced solution in terms of process integration, compactness and operational efficiency, and is intended for parts with stable geometry and moderately demanding processes.
