The W420 is an automatic continuous polishing machine designed for defined and repeatable polishing processes, where continuous part flow ensures high productivity and consistent surface quality.

The machine is equipped with a rotary table, which in the standard configuration features 20 workpiece spindles.
The structure allows machines to be built with 3, 4 or 5 polishing heads, while maintaining the same operating principle.

Depending on the number of installed heads, the table diameter and number of spindles are sized accordingly, ensuring:

• proper distribution of process phases

• adequate contact times

• stable polishing conditions throughout the entire cycle
