Model: W516 – Compact automatic continuous polishing machine

The W516 is an automatic continuous polishing machine designed for applications requiring advanced process automation, compact footprint and total repeatability of machine settings.

The machine is built on a monoblock self-supporting frame and is supplied complete with a fully integrated protective enclosure, ensuring structural rigidity, compact design and fast integration into production layouts.

The configuration includes a continuous rotary table with 16 workpiece spindles and 5 polishing heads, designed to manage multiple polishing stages smoothly while maintaining a constant part flow.

Full automation of setup and cycle

All horizontal and vertical movements of the polishing heads are controlled by brushless motors with absolute positioning, eliminating the need for manual referencing or zero resets.

The machine operates through work recipes, which include:

  • head positioning

  • cycle parameters

  • operating sequences

By selecting a recipe, the machine automatically configures itself, significantly reducing changeover times and ensuring consistent and repeatable setups.
