The W536 is an automatic continuous polishing machine designed for defined, repeatable and high-throughput polishing processes, where constant part flow is the key efficiency driver.

The machine is equipped with a continuous rotary table with 36 workpiece spindles, ensuring orderly and uninterrupted cycle management.
The configuration includes 4 polishing heads dedicated to the main process stages and 1 super-finishing head, aimed at achieving consistent and uniform surface results.

All working units are provided with the necessary adjustment features to fine-tune the process, maintaining stable and controlled working conditions throughout the entire production cycle.

The machine is supplied in a consolidated configuration, developed to ensure operational reliability, result repeatability and stable long-term performance.
