Model: SM3000M – Versatile manual belt grinder

The SM3000M is a versatile manual belt grinder designed for grinding and finishing operations with direct operator control.

The machine is equipped with a single 2.2 kW fixed-speed motor and features one working station, offering a simple and reliable setup.
The abrasive belt has a 3000 mm length and 70 mm width, providing a good balance between process control and belt life.

The SM3000M allows two alternative working modes:

• on the rubber-coated front wheel, for more controlled grinding

• in free belt mode, for manual finishing and adaptation work

The machine is fitted with standard protective guards and a dust extraction port, improving operator safety and workplace cleanliness.

It is intended as a shop-floor manual machine, suitable for a wide range of grinding applications without complex adjustments.
