Model: SP – Manual grinding machine line

The SP line includes a range of manual grinding machines designed for controlled abrasive belt grinding operations, available in both dry and wet configurations.

Machines in the SP line are based on predefined models, developed to cover the most common applications while maintaining a simple, robust and operator-friendly machine architecture. The approach is not full customisation, but a solid technical base that can be adapted within clear and reasonable limits.

SP-180

Manual dry grinding machine, equipped with:

• abrasive belt with 1800 mm belt length

• 140 mm belt width

• single-speed motor

The machine allows grinding operations:

• on the rear platen

• on the front contact wheel

It is suitable for manual applications requiring direct process control and flexibility between the two working modes.

SP200-12UM

Manual wet grinding machine, equipped with:

• abrasive belt with 2000 mm belt length

• 120 mm belt width

• motor with inverter

Grinding operations are performed only on the platen.
The machine is supplied complete with pump and recovery tank for process liquid management.

It is suitable for applications where wet grinding is required for thermal control, dust management or material-specific reasons.

Possible adaptations

Within the SP line, controlled adaptations are possible according to the actual process requirements, particularly regarding:

• abrasive belt length

• abrasive belt width

• working mode (platen and/or contact wheel, where technically appropriate)

All adaptations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, maintaining a balance between functionality, reliability and ease of use.
Extreme customisations or configurations that would compromise the machine architecture are not provided.
