Model: SPO175-20 – Manual belt grinding machine

The SPO175-20 is a manual belt grinding machine equipped with a single motor and one working side, acting as a reference model for a family of machines already defined in their main operating configurations.

The machine allows grinding operations both on the rear platen and on the front contact wheel, providing operational versatility within a simple and controlled machine architecture.
The abrasive belt arm can be rotated 90° around the contact wheel axis, allowing the working position to be changed from horizontal to vertical, adapting the machine to different operational needs without structural modifications.

The SPO family includes predefined versions, differentiated by abrasive belt length and width:

• version with 1750 mm belt length and 200 mm belt width

• version with 1500 mm belt length and 120 mm belt width

• version with 3000 mm belt length and 140 mm belt width

All versions share the same base architecture, functional logic and the belt arm orientation capability.

The only allowed customisations are:

• speed control via inverter

• dual-speed motor configuration

No further structural customisations are provided, in order to preserve technical consistency, reliability and performance repeatability.

Suitable for:

• manual grinding with direct operator control

• grinding on platen and front contact wheel

• applications benefiting from horizontal or vertical working position
